Bath Cabinet Care and Cleaning Tips
Vanity Cabinets
Use a water-dampened cloth to clean the vanity cabinet. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
Solid Surface Vanity Tops
Use a mild liquid soap and a soft cloth to clean the vanity top. Avoid using products with bleach, abrasive cleaners or mineral spirits.
Cultured Marble Vanity Tops
Use a mild liquid soap and a soft cloth to clean the vanity top. Gel Gloss© is recommended as a polish to enhance surface shine. Avoid using harsh or abrasive cleaners and mineral spirits.
Medicine Cabinets & Mirrors
Use a water-dampened cloth to clean wood surfaces. Avoid using abrasive cleaners. Use a mild glass cleaner on mirror surfaces. Avoid using cleaners that contain ammonia or acidic materials such as lemon juice or vinegar.
Bath Storage Cabinets
Use a water-dampened cloth to clean the bath storage cabinet. Avoid using abrasive cleaners
Kitchen Cabinet Care and Cleaning Tips
- For normal spills, a damp cloth is sufficient. Remember to dry the surface immediately.
- White Thermo Foil (RTF) doors can be cleaned with most general purpose household cleaners.
- Wood doors can be cleaned with most general purpose household cleaners and polished with most furniture care products, not containing wax, petroleum solvents or silicones.
- Do not use caustic agents and/or abrasive scrubbers, or oven cleaners.
- Nicks and dings can be repaired with touch-up kits, available by calling our customer service department at (888) 578-4009.
- For stains that persist, flakes of Ivory soap diluted in warm water may be used. Remember to dry the surface immediately.
- Cabinets can be cleaned with a damp sponge or cloth using soapy water, or most general purpose household cleaners. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or scrubbers.
- Do not let liquids stay on the surface for a long period of time. The surface is water resistant, not waterproof.
Repairing Door or Drawer Edge Scrapes
Use touch-up sticks available by calling our customer service department at (888) 578-4009 to fill in a scratch or nick. Remove excess residue leaving a smooth surface.
